Pillar Assessment: Yet another great news after a year

Due to the revised reference conditions adopted by the European Commission for the evaluation of pillars under the so-called Pillar Assessment, another audit of the three complementary pillars - external sources, public information and personal data protection was conducted at SAIDC in 2020.

In the end of 2020, we received audit evaluation from the European Commission, which is POSITIVE in all three additional pillars considered.

The results of this additional audit confirmed that the European Commission continues to entrust SAIDC with tasks related to the implementation of the EU budget for development cooperation through the so-called indirect management of the European Union delegated cooperation. SAIDC thus reaffirmed that it is the credible partner that can ensure consistent protection of the EU's financial interests.
