The main goal of the Strategy is to support Moldova in building a stable, functioning, democratic state and improve the living conditions of its inhabitants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The Strategy will be implemented within two sectoral priorities with the following specific objectives:<br \/>1. Good Governance:<br \/>1.1 Improve the performance of local self-governments and strengthen their significance in local and regional development<br \/>1.2 Strengthen the effective functioning of state administration and civil society<\/p>\n<p>2.
