The event brought together representatives of government institutions, regulatory bodies, postal and courier operators, e-commerce businesses, logistics providers, financial institutions and international organizations.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The workshop explored <strong>how efficient logistics, trade facilitation and digitalization<\/strong> can support the continued growth of e-commerce and improve the competitiveness of Serbian companies in regional and international markets. Discussions also covered challenges related to cross-border deliveries, returns management and the fight against illicit trade.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The workshop, organized under the EU4IM project, provided<strong> a valuable platform for policy dialogue and exchange of practical experience among stakeholders<\/strong> shaping the future of digital trade in Serbia.
