Information obligation of the operator<\/h3>\n

The operator of your personal information is the Slovak Agency for International and Development Cooperation, with its registered office at Pra\u017esk\u00e1 7, 811 04 Bratislava, SR (SAMRS), (thence referred to as the \"Operator\"). The operator processes your data to provide subsidy - training for subsidy beneficiaries on the legal basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR. Personal data have been processed to the extent of title, name, surname, signature, and designation of the grant recipient. The operator will keep personal data for four years from the end of the project.<\/p>

Personal data will no longer be provided or made available to the recipient and will not be published. The person concerned has, within the meaning of Art. 13 GDPR and, or \u00a7 19 of the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular, the following rights: the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectify personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, the right to object the processing of personal data, the right to the transfer of personal data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings under Section 100 of the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/p>

The operator has a designated responsible person.
